Still by Qi Rising® Studio provides reiki energy healing services. These services are based on traditional, complementary, and holistic health models. Where reference is made to organs or body systems, these are understood within the context of energy healing and do not directly correspond to the anatomical or physiological definitions used in conventional (Western) medicine.

Legal Entity and Jurisdiction

Services are delivered by Qi Rising® Studio, a sole proprietorship registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK 96420022), located in Rotterdam, Netherlands. This entity is subject to Dutch law and processes personal data within its jurisdiction.

Limitations of Services

None of the services provided by Still by Qi Rising® Studio are intended to:

• Diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition;
• Replace medical advice or treatment provided by qualified medical professionals;
• Serve as a substitute for prescribed medications or ongoing medical care.

You must consult with your general practitioner, specialist, or other licensed healthcare provider before beginning or modifying any health, wellness, or energy healing program.

Client Responsibility

You are responsible for informing us of:

• Any known medical conditions or diagnoses,
• Medications or supplements you are currently taking,
• Any allergies, sensitivities, or other relevant information that may affect your safety during treatment.

While we strive to provide a safe and supportive environment, all participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

The therapies offered at Still by Qi Rising® Studio are complementary in nature. They are intended to support your health and well-being alongside, not instead of, conventional medical care.

We do not claim that our services are suitable for all individuals or conditions, and no guarantees are made regarding the effectiveness or outcomes of services provided.

Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability

By accessing our services, you acknowledge and accept:

• That complementary and integrative therapies carry inherent risks;
• That results may vary between individuals;
• That Still by Qi Rising® Studio, nor its employees or representatives, can be held liable for any injury, loss, or adverse effects arising from the use of our services, unless such effects arise from gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Reimbursement of Services

Services delivered by Still by Qi Rising® Studio (Netherlands) are not reimbursed by Dutch health insurers.

You remain fully responsible for payment of any fees, regardless of insurer coverage. All invoices must be paid upon receipt.

If seeking reimbursement, please check with your insurer or employer in advance. Some employers may fund sessions via personal development or wellness budgets.
